Congratulations on your acceptance to Northern Arizona University!

Please follow the steps below to prepare for your attendance and arrival.
(A Chinese version of the checklist below is also available).

Step #1: Notify us about your attendance: Complete the enrollment form online.

Step #2: Pay your SEVIS fee: To obtain a visa, you must pay the SEVP I-901 fee, which you can pay online or by contacting the U.S. Embassy in your area.

Step #3: Apply for a Student Visa: Information on how to obtain a student visa can be found online.

Step #4: Apply for on-campus housing: On-campus housing is popular, so please apply early. If you plan to live on campus, applications are available online.

Step #5: Submit immunization verification: To register for classes and to help ensure the health of the entire student population, we require verification of measles (rubeola) immunizations for all students. To learn more and print a form, please click here.

Step #6: Review the International Student Guide: You can download the guide in English or Chinese.

Step #7: Submit arrival information: Please visit our arrival information website.

Step #8: Send final transcripts: Please forward any updated transcripts and/or exam results. This information is needed for your permanent student record. (Please note that Transfer Students must bring a copy of course descriptions and course syllabi. This information needs to be in English and will be needed by your academic advisor during your advising session at orientation.)
