International Friends Community Program
Community members of the Flagstaff area would like to invite you to participate in the Community/International Student Friendship Program. This program will introduce you to a family or single individual who will get together with you once a month or more often as schedules permit. These people are different ages, with or without children. You will be assigned to one family or single individual for the time you are at NAU. They are interested in learning about different countries and cultures. You in turn will gain an understanding of American family life. They may invite you to their home for dinner, holiday and birthday celebrations, picnics, sporting events, musical programs, sightseeing, etc.
